Byala Cherkva is rich in history, one of the most famous cultural and revolutionary villages during the National Revival period.The Thraks, Romans, and Slavs left heritage from all periods of the Bulgarian history. Byala Cherkvawas the birthplace of great Bulgarians. It is a wonderful place where the Balkan meets the plain, and the natural and historical sights attract many tourists. |

The House-Museum "Tsanko Tserkovski" was opened in 1956. The exhibition is arranged in the native house of the famous Bulgarian writer Tsanko Tserkovski, and it shows his life and work. The exhibits are on display in eight halls.The ethnographical part of the museum acquaints visitors with the lifestyle of the people from this region. Here are some instruments, costumes, vessels, and photos.There is a beautiful garden with a special place for exhibits in front of the house, where the typical livelihood of the population such as agriculture and winegrowing are shown. |

The native house of Tsanko Tserkovski is now a memorial museum that was founded in 1956 and was proclaimed a historical monument in 1970. The museum has been restored in 1980-1982, and the new exhibition was founded in 1983.
